  1. Bushmaster Varminteer

Finally getting around to messing with reloading for it. It's a 1 in 9 twist. Heard 77gr is possible to stabilize but don't want to waste $ on bullets that don't really work. Anyone with any experience?
  2. Sub bullets at not sub velocity

Neck or lung shot on deer. From the responses all should be good
  3. Sub bullets at not sub velocity

Pistol has a 12.5" barrel, guessing velocities will be in the 1800-2200 range.
  4. Sub bullets at not sub velocity

.308 bolt action pistol with 12-14" barrel
  5. Sub bullets at not sub velocity

Any input on using bullet ment for subsonic and non subsonic velocities

will be loading 7.62x51/.308, .458 socom, .358 yeti, .45 colt and ?? i dont mind using the manual index, but for larger batches progressive would be nice
  11. Progressive press

What press gives everyone the LEAST headaches ? I have a lee single stage that i size/deprime on and a lee 3 hole that i load on but manually. (not progressive) Im looking into making the jump to a progressive press. Dillion is pricey, but seem to be great quality. Are they and Hornady...
  12. .22 hornet subsonic

Reloadability ( is that even a word??) is/was my main goal. I may just scrap the whole idea and just have a .45acp rebarrel job rifle built
  13. .22 hornet subsonic

? Will have to find source of cast 40-55gr
  14. .22 hornet subsonic

What I've come across is about what you have. Twist rate not good for heavier bullets. I would have to rebarrel. That not cost effective. Maybe I will change directions and look for a .223 with the proper twist for heifer bullets
  15. .22 hornet subsonic

ok, so I have convinced myself that I need a .22 hornet rifle so I can reload subsonic for it. .22lr sub ammo is out there but is pricey and sometimes hard to find. Does anybody have any pet loads? I already use trailboss for my .308 so powder I plan on sticking with it. Also, any help...
