  2. Powder and primers Country Sportman -west Rome GA

  6. Looking for info on 45 ACP

I use red dot and a 230gr LRN. The red dot is a super clean powder and at 45 acp velocities you don't need a jacket. I don't shoot suppressed 45 though. Jacket would be nice for that
  7. Help reading a primer, overpressure?

looks like brass from a blowback action gun.
  8. Cheapest 45acp plinking load wanted

I use 230g LRN and red dot powder. For 45 ACP velocities I see no reason to use FMJ unless shooting suppressed.

  10. School me on Ultrasonic vs Tumbler for brass and baffle cleaning

I bought a twelve pack of ball canning jars at Walmart for 6 bucks. I use a new jar every time I dip my baffles. Makes it easy to dispose of the lead acetate too. Jar, vinegar and peroxide and you are in business so long as your baffles are stainless.
  11. School me on Ultrasonic vs Tumbler for brass and baffle cleaning

Corn cob will do nothing to baffles, works great on brass.
  12. School me on Ultrasonic vs Tumbler for brass and baffle cleaning

how exatly does one "twatb" ammo?
  14. ? for those who reload sub 9mm for suppressor use

When I do reload 9mm I use Berry's 147 plated bullets or 147 lead . I don't ever load fmj for a subsonic bullet in any caliber if I can help it. At fMj prices I would rather just buy loaded ammo.
  15. Reloading 300Blkout powder needed !

What weight bullets are you loading with 4227?
  16. Reloading 300Blkout powder needed !

I found 8lbs of 4227 today for about 250 bucks . Just couldn't justify 8lbs of the stuff . In Rome if you want to know where PM me .
  17. 203g FPBT bullets for 300 BLK Subsonic $0.10

Damn, that's good pricing. Wonder if they will stabilize Ina. 1/10 308.
  18. Chronograph options

I've had one since 2001 that has never given me a problem. I only use it a couple times a year but it has never failed me. Using it today as a matter of fact.
  19. Remove primers

Just decap the brass toss the primer and reprime. No reason to trash the whole piece of brass.
