I usually just take the stand down. If they come askin about it I get their names and warn that I will prosecute if they come back. If they don't come askin, I'll let someone else have their stand. I figure it's kinda like a gift.
I'm thinking geese mainly because I've never hunted them before. There are a lot of good dove fields around though. A friend of mine tells me not to waste my time on geese. Says they arent worth the trouble. To me, if a little tiny dove breast is worth the trouble, surely a goose is.
That is a good lookin pig. I keep sayin I'm gonna go kill me a few of these in South GA but I haven't made it yet. Got the land worked out and all. Just haven't made the trip. :(
I like the primal feel of bowhunting but I like the greater distance of a gun. I guess I'd choose gun over bow but I usually use bow season to warm up for gun season. So, in other words, I don't know!
