    Are you sure Rayonier still owns the land - tax law changes a while back encouraged the paper companies to sell their timber land. Most paper companies are out of the land business now.

    Contact Rayonier in multiple ways - formal letter, email, phone calls, etc. Big paper companies do not want any hassle and they would cancel the lease rather than have irate adjacent land owners. Contact local politicians and ask them to contact Rayonier.
