I've been extremely happy with my Leupold Rogue for under $100.
I believe they were $89 at Academy.
FWIW...I've traveled quite a bit with these binos. Out west in the Rockies several trips, to the beach numerous times, most recently on an Alaska inside passage cruise. I've used them hunting...
Those appear to be the newer style we keep breaking at work. That center piece breaks off but like you said, Pelican warrants them no questions asked.
The older style weren't as finger friendly and really popped closed/open but never had an issue with them other than the occasional sore finger...
This is one of the reasons I invested in them too. I'm far from town/store where I hunt and I could stay for days and deplete my cooler contents and still have ice left in it for kill meat for the 3+ hour drive home.
Actually not as long as you'd think but it depends on the amount you put in and again, whether or not you pre-cool items. A couple days at max in my experiences but I haven't really been able to experiment longevity with dry ice as each time I've used it it's been a small amount over a large...
I've had two Yeti's (Tundra 65 and a Rodie 20) for a couple years now and love them. Worth every dime imo.
Ice retention varies with pre-chilling items, direct/indirect sun exposure and of course outside temperature. I've experienced 3-6+ days of ice retention in mine.
I've used dry ice in...
I have Tapco triggers in my AK's and they are a definate improvement imo but an adjustable AK trigger....I'm all ears and waiting on a full range report!
Decent scope for the money...I have one on my Mini-14. My local Wally just had them red-tagged for $225 I think.
With that said though, my Burris 3-9X40 is actually clearer, has the bullet drop cross hairs, and is cheaper.
