  1. Blackpoint Tactical

    Yessir, right here in Alpharetta.
  2. Blackpoint Tactical

Huge props to Blackpoint Tactical. I’ve loved their holsters for a long time, for certain functions and uses. I’ve used their concealed IWB holster for my EDC for years, especially the leather wing for my G19. I recently noticed that the kydex (SP) around one of the retention screws broke a few...

If it works and you're happy with it, hats off to you. Welcome to the ODT!

Oh, btw....I'm working on getting my A license too. Let me know if you ever want to go jump.
  5. Night vision information overload! Help please!

I'll check them out. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet....been slammed. Hopefully this weekend.
  6. Night vision information overload! Help please!

@IMaDad finally done! I need a new holster though. The blackpoint one doesn't feel right at all.
  7. Night vision information overload! Help please!

OK @IMaDad , you've officially got me hooked on RMR'ing a Glock. I think I'm going to start from scratch though as I don't want to give up my carry gun for 4 weeks; That's what Thomas DOnofrio quoted me as their lead time right now at Battle werx. Man, this is going to cost me. I read up on...

@IMaDad what's wrong with MOS systems? Also, what RMR do you run? I'm looking at the Trijicon's. Would you recommend 1 MOA dot or something larger? There's a ton of options.

Thanks! You got me thinking of getting another G19 now and sending the slide into battlewerx. Do I buy another pistol or send my current slide in. I was looking at my blackpoint holster. It looks like the RMR will fit if I trim a little fat with a dremel.

    Great info! Thank you!
  11. Night vision information overload! Help please!

@IMaDad my favorite gun I train with is a Sig 226 9mm; I usually run it openly on my hip (OTW) or via a leg holster. Even know I train with the Sig, I carry a G19 (ITW), which I do shoot a lot. I have a few holsters for both handguns. I'm pretty proficient with both, probably because I only...

That would be a blast. I've never heard of them. Let me ask my buddy what he thinks. He's pretty knolledgable and has been jumping constantly since he first started 7-8 years ago. He'll probably tell you to buy your own rig for that kind of money and skydive all you want out at the farm.
  13. Night vision information overload! Help please!

@IMaDad where do you jump? A good friend of mine is a tandem instructor at Sky Dive The Farm. Funny, the first time he jumped he was scared **** less. I made him do it anyway and he just finished his 6k something jump. His first time he asked the instructor if anyone ever gets up there and...

Nice! Well, time for a new pistol LOL
  15. Night vision information overload! Help please!

You don't do that now? LOL. I witness mark, duct tape, and dummy cord the hell out of all my stuff. You spend that much money on NV setups, the last thing you want to do is loose **** in the middle of the night or worse, drop your tubes. I lost a $100 IR flashlight one time out in the woods...
  16. Night vision information overload! Help please!

The G19 is force to overcome, just like the Rhino mount. The G22 mount I have on those dual tubes has the push button lock, which I prefer. It is very solid mount if you're going to jump at night. I would love to do that. I've jumped during the day before, but a night jump with those dual...

TNVC is the only company I would deal with. I highly recommend them and their customer service is outstanding. If it breaks, they'll fix it; short of the operator being a complete moron. All my units have been purchased from them. They also have a great deal on their Sentinel goggles right...
  18. Frogg Toggs - WOW!

They're the **** man!! I 2nd @Hayata recommendation. I've been out in heavy rain for hours with them trekking through the woods and they've held up very well. A little steamy in the hot summer, but you've gotta expect that with any rain gear.
