No. Quality wool does not itch, keeps you comfortable all day, never hot and never cold and repels moisture and odor like nothing else.
I can wear my boots all day working in the yard in the summer and at the end of the day my socks are dry and odorless.
Most of my clothing is Duluth. Fire hose flex cargos and long tail henlies make up 80% of my wardrobe.
I don’t wear their underwear because it’s not wool. Socks and underwear are wool only items for me. Won’t wear cotton for either.
I own several Drago bags. They have always worked well for me so I buy them. I had a Drago Assault Backpack that I bought 8 years ago or so from Bartow Knife and Gun when they were around. I use this bad every day for work, as well as when not at work. It went to Moldova with my wife and has...
Honestly I couldn't tell you. I never go into Country Sportsman and while I do go into Toms, it's usually just to shoot the breeze with Tom. I kinda doubt any shop in Rome will carry them. Dunham's or Country Sportsman would be the two that might but both places will be 20-30% more expensive...
Love the Bushnell elite line and I am/was a Leupold snob. Hate Nikon optics. Have owned three and couldn't warm up to any of them. Here good things about Vortex but have never tried anything but their red dots which I wasn't impressed with.
On this last trip ice was a 45 minute drive from camp. We made three trips over 4 days to get ice. That's 4.5 hours of driving just for ice on one trip. The yeti will be money well spent.
I spent 4 days in the woods last week. We had to drain the water and add ice to the Coleman, igloo, etc coolers everyday. At the end of the trip my brother in laws yeti still had 50%+ of the ice he started with on day one. I will be buying a yeti soon.
I should note, note, I used to make fun...
I love my Theis holster, but like you did not care for the clips that came with it. I switched mine out for crossbreed clips. Good to see Tommy has found an alternative to those sharp metal clips.
Now I may have to order a K frame theis. I would like to occasionally carry my...
I would consider a 29 dollar rail mounted UTG light cutting corners where it matters. I think a 100-130 dollar FLASHLIGHT is more than adequate for my uses of sitting on my nightstand.
I can understand the guy trying to sell the $250.00 dollar FLASHLIGHT telling everybody that nothing else...
