    i try to train at golds but watching all the hot honeys that come in tends to be a big distraction. i dont know what i did but i think i puled an oblique on the right last saturday. screwed up and didnt get set right trying to pull 425 damn **** hurts to cough.

    workout on a regular basis,everything i do is basic core stuff,luv me sum raw deadlifts,at 55 i cant lift like i did in my 40's,these days 405 is all i deadlift. im a spectator when it comes to competition.
