    I hear ya. I read alot of Brad Thor and Vince Flynn ... and a little Clancy too. I feel like 90% of the time there pretty on point. Brad Thor has improved ten fold as each book goes along. But I know what you mean sometimes thrillers can be a little too "Jack Bauer".

    Just reread "war" by Sebastian Junger great book about the the 10 mountain and 101st in Kandahar valley. He was an embedded write and there way a vidographer with him who made a documentary called resepro (spelling?) Which I just saw on Netflix so I reread it to watch the documentary.
