  5. South side metal detectors?

That's interesting. Never have had an issuse. Occasionally someone will want to stop and chat and ask what I found, but that has been about it the last 10 years. I've even done curb strips in town.... but for those a yellow vest makes all the difference. Haha...

  7. Treasure Hunting - Metal Detectors

Swing on over to KellyCo. They have some good refurbished units and you can compare different ones with pretty detailed info on them. Plus you get some good swag when you buy from them. The Garrett's are good all around machines. I moved up to the ATpro last year and really enjoy that one. A...

  17. I feel like a trash man some day... Overdue for silver.

Nah, I have a barrel I throw all the metal into. Figured one day to carry it to the recycling place when it fills up. Plus I mainly do public places and try to clean up as I go. Keeps us all from getting harassed.
  18. I feel like a trash man some day... Overdue for silver.

Grabbed a few quick hunts and finding some clad. Liking the old poptops. Always helps me date an area and it looks like it may not have been detected hard. But waaayyyy overdue for a silver coin. Some pics for those who can appreciate the trash man or for those getting into detecting thinking...
