    Not torquing it down will cause a baffle/endcap strike almost every time. Do they have QD/ratchet attachments? I have heard good things about Liberty as well. May try one out soon.

    I was right there with you when I was waiting on mine brother.... I did a Form 4 first and purposely waited a month to do the form 1 SBR that went with it so I would get them around the same time. The efile Form 1 took 2 months and the form 4 took 3 and some change so it worked out great.

    From what I gathered when I did mine (and I dealt directly with an ATF/NFA supervisor) the pending date is the day they cash your check. I used a trust and my form 4 took almost exactly 3 months from that date. It is a "set it and forget it" type deal. Once you know they have cashed the check...
