    When transferring from individual to individual, how do you deal with possession once money has changed hands and paperwork sent to BATF? I have two I'm going to be listing and want the buyer to feel their investment is safe. Both are held in a trust if that makes a difference.

    i think if you have it in your possession and batf finds out, you will then be depending on a bureaucrat to decide you are not guilty of constructive possession...which seems unlikely...you would then go broke trying to prove your innocence in court...

    best way to get in touch with doug is by email....if you put "trust" in the subject line he'll send you a reply with what he needs to set up the trust....then all you have to do is pay him :)....he did mine and he charges less than that guy at the gun shows who isn't even an attorney ...
