dumb question of the week.....why not just buy a .45 can and use it for the majority of stuff from .17 on up to .45??? I realize that it wouldn't be optimal for the small calibers, but it would be better than nothing, and way cheaper in the long run.
Dumb question from a dumb old guy....Why don't you just buy a .45 can, and then you can shoot everything thru it, all the way "down" to .22??? Seems like you only need 1 can, a biggun that will handle all calibers. What am I missing??
I know diddly-squat about suppressors, BUT I saw a YouTube video where the guy swore up and down that the only can you needed was a .45, he said he used it for everything and in the video was shooting .22lr with a 9mm endcap, said it was quieter than a regular .22 can. Is this true? If so...
I think I know the answer already, but, if I create a trust with me, my wife and children, can I also add grandchildren [teenagers] with the stipulation that when they attain majority they are covered by the trust as well?
OK, now I'm really confused???
So I can buy this Copper Custom gizmo for $55 and its legal, but I can't buy a take-off 10/22 takedown stock and I go to jail???
I think I need to make a phone call to my favorite lawyer, Brett Kavanaugh.
Can I take a Ruger Charger and change the rear stock/grip to a 10/22 takedown stock? Or have I created a SBR?? Bear in mind that the receiver still has the Charger serial number, so the barrel hasn't changed, but the stock, to the rear, is larger.
I would argue that I haven't made a "short...
Don't know your job or salary....but unless you are at LEAST doubling your income I would not move. I had a friend in the aircraft industry, not Boeing, but related who worked in WA, he retired to GA because after 40 years of working he could not afford to retire in WA, had to move to a...
I got a SR22 pistol with a threaded barrel, my buddy has a legal suppressor on his Buckmark. Can we put his can on my pistol and shoot it......legally??? Both of us present at the range, I want to see how my pistol would perform with a can before sinking the time and $$$$$ in it.
Or do we...
So what are the rules?
If I buy a gun with a threaded barrel, can I use a friend's can on it?
Does the friend have to be present when I shoot it?
When you buy a can and pay the legal fees is it yours and yours alone to shoot?
Will my buddy and I be going to the Gray Bar Motel??
