    That’s the whole point of it. They are wanting to discourage people from going through the trouble of owning them. By not giving in and jumping through their hoops, you are giving them exactly what they want. They don’t give a **** about the money or paperwork.

    I’m not interpreting anything. I have personally seen tons of illegal unregistered NFA weapons over the course of my 43 years on this earth. The majority of them were owned by California Union member democrats.
