    Looking for any tips or ideas on how to shooting a pistol with a suppressor without suppressor sights and be accurate. I was considering putting a white DOT on the back of the suppressor to offset the height of the suppressor.

    Thanks for the info on the threads, it really helps. I looked on the AAC site and saw the 1/2-36 piston. I'll try to pick one up at some point.

    My TiRant 9 will be back soon and I plan to mount it on my Glock 19 with a threaded Storm Lake barrel and my RRA LAR 9. When I took the flash suppressor off the LAR 9, it looks like the threads are different than the Storm Lake barrel. Is there any way to tell if these threads are the same...

    There is an excellent gun smith here in Sandy Springs. He has worked on my guns and did a great job. I actually talked with him about threading a barrel for my sparrow. PM me and I will give you his information.

    Is a .17 HMR going to be very quiet with a sparrow? The round is so hot , I would think the crack would be really loud. As far as I know, they don't make subsonic .17 HMR so that is not an option. I have a .17 HMR and it would cost me $120 to have it threaded but I never thought it would be...

  20. Spoke to a few examiners today

    My form 4 Sparrow took 9.5 months and I have another suppressor from April 30 I'm waiting on. Hope this one goes through faster. The government shutdown may have slowed some of the approvals from last year.
