    just tired of the armchair experts saying its no big deal. the flu kills more people. flu kills more than Ebola, but no one is shrugging that off as no big deal.

    I think you are missing the part where without containment efforts, it is estimated that as much as 50% of the population would catch this around 150,000,000 people in the US alone. if only 3% die - you get 3,000,000 deaths. a bit more than the regular flu. I don't think I prefer this version.
