I hear you. We have about 20 acres here in Gilmer county and hunt right here. Rates will still be pretty low, demand is high up here. Lots of new folks coming from out of state.

One of my mini-14's with six 20 round magazines. My Glock 19 and several extra magazines and the pack I keep ready which is packed with a bunch of essentials. Everything adds about 35 more pounds to my already burdened body.
My father's cold medicine was, bottle of Jack Daniels, pour off (drink) about 1/4 of the bottle. Then add slivers of lighter wood (pine), freshly harvested, then honey, I think he added a little key lime juice too. It seemed to work for us as kids.
