I’m old @WinstonSmith
Soldiers in World War II carried M1 rifles , a little different than M1A / M14 but still heavy and they carried lots of ammo
but I agree if you condition yourself it becomes natural
The M1A is s definitely a go to if you don’t need to carry it far or long as it’s heavy.
i like the fact that it’s simple and thats parts are interchangeable and readily available.
same for mags
I wonder if its simply a strain that we have not previously identified and will pass or if globally the Govt. knows more that they are letting on and therefore all of the craziness?
Maybe the craziness is simply the degree of idiocy that we have degraded to over the generations.
The largest issue IMHO is panic. I attended a Trade Show at World COngress Center ATL this week. It was off 35% from expectations maybe more. However still a very good show for us worth those attending people who have needs and $$. That being said I cancelled my trip to Mexico for next week. Not...
I think well overblown , not saying that those who have perished are unimportant or simply a statistic but this hype is crazy.
We may well tank the economy as its a self fulfilling prophesy.
I am washing my hands a lot but its also cold and flu season....
Shotgun comes to mind but ultimately a .22 rifle , weight, ammo etc.
One gun, thats the nightmare I awaken from @ 2 AM every morning....I shudder at the thought
BTW all my guns were lost at sea
