A good deal or waayyy to heavy
That is a good deal depending on shipping, best I have seen in the surplus shops around Ft Bragg is $100-$150. Like others have said, it is way heavy, excellent system for a fixed site or vehicular movement. If I have to carry it on my back, a Recon 3 bag, with the bivy cover and a poncho liner... -
$15 Lifestraw... yes or no?
Brownells has two of them for $34, and they also have the video showing the larger unit that you can fill buckets with. Most of my experience has been with Katadyne systems.
