Looks pretty nice.... do not forget weather appropriate clothing and a pair of walking/hiking shoes and socks. I addition I would add a hat, gloves, maps, bandana or scarf, since it is winter time a couple hand warmers, more food and gatorade..just some suggestions... -

I personally would not call that a Bug out Bag..... it is more of a Get Home Bag or a short term bag.... and true Bug Out Bag would have a lot more in it and a lot more food..... plus means of carrying personal information.....he had no seasonally appropriate clothes in that bag... very...
