    Could you vacuum seal them? I have one from Cabelas and have kept Quail in my freezer for 2 years before I thawed and cooked them. Smelled and Felt Like they had Just been shot and dressed.

    If budget allows, I would skip the window unit and go with a ductless unit. I bought this one for a 20x20 room and would never go back to the window units.
