    That's one of the problems with them their rulings are always (suspiciously) vague and confusing then depending on who you talk you get completely different answers.

    That's exactly what I intend to do regardless what some bureaucracy decides. I simply suggested a possible work around for those who don't want to modify or register their weapons.     The reason they are FIRMLY in control isn't because of "workarounds" it's because people just fall in line with whatever unconstitutional ruling they issue.

    One could probably get around this stupid rule by replacing the adjustable buffer tube with a rifle buffer tube and a detachable end plate that could be removed quickly if need be 😁

    ATF sucks and should be abolished but won't be. Either way I'm gonna treat this"ruling" just like any other unconstitutional decision they make and just ignore it.
