  2. Can you identify this critter?

Thanks y'all, I appreciate the input. I figure fox but I guess I haven't seen any young fox before. Kinda threw me off.
  3. Can you identify this critter?

  4. Fish guts

Cleaned a dozen or so bream and crappie yesterday. Decided to throw the guts in a stump hole near the feeder. Had more deer action than ever last night.

Been quiet out on my line. Did see a fox run by one of my cams this week
  7. Trappers in Georgia

My best guess its a fox. I had similar happen but during wet times i was able to find fox prints in the area, they would flip my trap upside down. Eventually I got it. Side note one small coon in a trap this morning.
  8. Trappers in Georgia

Got a little possum this morning, let him go.
  9. Ammo storage and organizing

Was sick of always digging through ammo cans, foot lockers, trying to find the half used boxes of shells first. Located a couple of these old gym lockers and got them for 100 bucks a pop. 12. Trappers in Georgia

Got another red fox this morning.
  13. Trappers in Georgia

The wife and I tan everything, use the meat for bait exept possums, and only cause they are a little too difficult for us to keep the hair on them.
  14. Trappers in Georgia

Thats a good day right there. I aint had no luck this week. Time to switch locations i guess.
  15. Trappers in Georgia

I release all the possums we trapped this year. After about the first two weeks havent got a single one. Guess they moved on down the road. They're way to difficult for me to tan and keep the hair on for now.
  16. Trappers in Georgia

    Dang thats a beautiful critter.
  17. Trappers in Georgia

Thats my two hopeful catches this season, coyote and a bobcat.
  18. Trappers in Georgia

Thats what i use, marshmallows and sardines for the coons. I screw a sardine can to a tree and crack the seal so the juice runs down. Then stake my trap at the base of the tree. If theres a coon around itll be in that trap. Ive had luck with dry dogfood also but thats more when im in a pinch.
  19. Trappers in Georgia

Greasy is an understatement. Just skinning one seems like you could let it run off and fill a bucket.
  20. Trappers in Georgia

We tried our first coon. Crockpot and lots of bbq sauce. Thats the only way. And i want eat it unless I got too.
