these were never purchased directly from Colt. They were purchased from Neil Smith out of Mentor Ohio. Whatever he told you was a lie, its already proven that he cannot be trusted. Look at all the lawsuits against him Greg Wurst, ATF, and etc.. I am not making this up, it is public...
if it is a dealer to dealer you do a form 3 which takes about 6-8 weeks then the dealer can take possession of nfa item once approved. if its a individual to dealer then a form 4 has to be done, then you looking 6-8 months at that point. Either way both parties knowingly broke federal law
David Mann was a straight up guy, well respected around Macon area. Mark Mann is a whole other story, his civil cases against him are around the same time as the federal.
I heard him say he was also a lifeguard, how the hell you see if they are drowning with water in their mouth.
well I hope he likes licking peanut butter out of Abudula's butt, because that's where he is headed.
I sure his florida store is a lie considering the his current outcome. he talked big considering he lived upstairs in the attic of the old store and not to mention that he owes a lot of vendors
I don't see how the store lasted this long. especially with the knowledge they supposedly had, the old guy in the back with the bad B.O. had the best customer service
problem is he didn't like the advice of his attorney, so he goes and hires a one. thinking he is going to get off by going to trial. play with stupid get stupid results
