Nope, I just made myself one using the spare one I had from the kit I got. Probably cheaper to find a surplus gas plug and drill it out. They are very hard! Had to use a carbide end mill to do so.
I doubt you'll have issues with the other parts, just about getting the right angle sometimes. I've got a post sample Aug I built and have messed around with them a good bit. Wouldn't call myself an Aug Smith as I'm more of a ak, beltfed kinda Smith but happy to help if you get stuck.
I can cut the tang off another trunnion and weld it on. Would rather just redo it with a new trunnion but it can be fixed other ways. If interested just shoot me a pm.

To save someone 60 bucks down the road, just go to home depot and buy some e clips and slide it over the pin on the inside of the receiver as show in his Pic.

Take the top cover off, the mainspring,the Bolt and carrier out of the gun and take some pictures of the fire control group from a few different angles and post that and we'll see if we can guide you into permanently fixing this issue

Me, I'm an 07/02 FFL and have a custom shop. Mostly do part kit builds and belt feds but did this one a few years back bc why not and it's just stupid fun. The really cool thing is I lost zero tube capacity. Think it holds 5+1 and you can ghost load it for 6 total @10.5 inches it's pretty handy.
