    Yeah, they redesigned the charging handle, they gave it a metal trigger, some tweaks to the stock, and now the front end rotates so that when you fold it, you can rotate it 90 degrees and then lock it in position so that it doesn't mash the optics, or require you to spend money on a folding...

    If you are gonna get one, wait for the gen 3. Dealers are starting to get them, and you can order them now. Better trigger, and some other tasty upgrades and now truly optics ready.

    I have no problem getting my face down to see the sights, and I have a red dot on it now that makes it even easier... But M-Carbo sells a cheap rubber thing that wraps around the buffer tube to make it more comfortable...
