    Well... if you read the article I'm sure you will figure out that these modular units are smaller and can be mass produced quickly making them much cheaper and quicker to put on line than Vogtle could have ever been. Of course politics and regulations are another matter.

    The OP asked for higher end, and an M14/M1A in a Blackfeather chassis that has been gone over at the Crazy Horse Spa in Arizona can easily be a reliable 1 moa rifle with an awesome trigger. In other words, it's a higher end M14/M1A.
