    The issued Chinese AK's were far more prevalent with the folding spike bayonet. For sake of parts availability, you would be better off converting it to a spiker than going through the effort of trying to convert it for a regular bayonet.     Same here - I'm familiar with it, but have never actually seen one with my own eyes. They remind me of as if a Krag and a 98K had a baby - kind of a neat looking rifle though.
