    There are more than a dozen reasons it would not be keeping up in the type of heat we’ve had over the last week. If it is from 1999, it is certainly R22. That particular refrigerant is not produced domestically anymore but it is around. The EPA is why that stuff got so damn expensive.

    Prices in my business are out of control right now and equipment shortages are killing me. This has been going on since 2020 and only recession will change it. Prices will come down and supplies will be plentiful; unfortunately, however, there will be mass unemployment.

    I have fished most of my life. I shot monster snapper in the Gulf of Mexico, caught monster sails in Costa Rica, and giant dolphin in Florida. My one regret is not fishing the Mediterranean when I was in Spain.
