    Sorry I missed it again folks….i just couldn’t walk /get it together enough. Hopefully next time. The pain and degeneration has gotten a lot worse over the last couple of months. ( I’m hoping the exercises and all will help cease that some.) I do have another surgery to schedule for 2 more...
