It definitely is a No Dash. The stainless front sight ramp and Stainless rear sight were changed out of production on the the early models. A change to typical blue steel which was milder to the tooling was made.
This is a very early production gun.
There were no dash marks in the Serial number.
However a dash mark followed by a number shows different production
modifications made by S&W. In the model number.
This is a beautiful Smith, and a very early gun in the production run.
That really looks more like pheasants. They definitely not
Golden Pheasant, but with the longer tail feathers they don't look like Quail.
Some one might look at this for the man cave to go with their collection of tail feathers.
