    Another thing is that you mentioned shooting "standard" 2 3/4 loads but they certainly aren't all created equal. For instance if you are shooting a 1 1/8oz load traveling at 1300 FPS, those things will absolutely pound you when compared with say a 1 oz. load at 1150 FPS.
