    Yep, shotgun would been a terrible choice. In the home.... 25 yards or less. Devastating.

    Imagine if the kid was armed with a 12 gauge with buckshot (#4 or larger) at what appears to be around 10-15 feet. My house had 1 inch screws securing the metal lock plate to the pine frame. 4" screws that go through the frame and into the studs now rest there. And brown stained underwear.
