    Anyone have a form 1 clear recently? I am on day 55 of my form 1 submission which as of today still shows as submitted/processing. This is the longest it has ever taken for any of my F1s to get approved as normally they have taken as little as 12 days to the longest of 33 days. Efiled on 7/21

    The ATF really didn’t think this through when it to processing existing filings vs new efile submissions. I have 2 pending from 6/21 and 7/21 that I don’t expect to get approved anytime soon. But the thought that I could do an efile and get it back before the other two just infuriates me.

    I own/owned several PCCs: AR15 9mm Kriss Scorpion APC9 Pro SBR Uzi SBR MP5K PDW SBR clone My least favorite was the Scorpion Hated my AR9 Favorite is a toss up between MP5K and APC I’d like to buy a Banshee or MPX next.
