    Yep! thought about dogs but they require more care and feeding than donkeys. A donkey can feed itself for the most part with a little grain thrown in the trough. Dogs require feeding, rabies shots, etc.

    I really don't know. But I have heard of a lot of folks using them instead of the bigger donkeys. They say the big Jack Donkeys will bit a goats ear off and sometimes kill them. I wanted 2 young mini's to grow up with the goats.

    Thanks friend! My brother has Parkinson's and his wife cannot load him in their regular mini van any more. She wants one that has a lift to lift him sitting in the wheelchair. Both are in their mid 70s. Thanks again! JW
