My guess is that the Craigslist seller bought it from the singer and never transferred it to himself to both avoid paying taxes and keep the original name on the title. That seems to be popular with some of the shady Craigslist dealers.
That is a really good take on the diesel vs gas truck question. If I didn’t tow heavy loads I would go with a gas truck. I’d probably still go with a 3/4 just for the extra capacity and I also prefer the firmer ride.

Clamp the rifle into a vise and pull the trigger with a string. Best case you have fire formed brass. Worst case, you no longer have a need for .32 Rem ammo :D.
I'm my opinion, 100 miles is nowhere near enough to get an idea of mileage, especially with a diesel. Diesel fuel foams when filling and, in my experience, very inconsistently.
My motorhome has a 100 gallon tank and I swear I've had 20 gallons of foam after some fill ups.
