I don't think they ever put out an album before moving to Macon so yes, they became successful in Macon but most of the band members were either from Florida or grew up in Florida and the band was formed in Florida. They were a Florida band. They moved to Macon because their manager Phil Walden was trying to start his own record company in Macon ( Capricorn) and he gave them free place to stay and rehearsal hall.- CTS Tactical

ATF changes definition
It would be nearly impossible to prove that he bought a gun with the intent of selling it 50 years later and making a profit. That has nothing to do with what this new rule is about anyway.
