dehydrators /oxygen absorbers work good too. I've done okra, tomato, figs and blueberries. All with good effect.
thyme, rosemary, oregano and sage dry and store well too. The little oxygen absorbers are the bomb.
i have the same craftsman one @Cadcom has. It started leaking down about 20 year mark. Bought/installed the rebuild kit (mostly just o rings) and been gtg ever since. I am digging the General Lee though... I think if i bought that one it would get some Stars and Bars added to it.
