    we have the smallest blackstone. 17 inch i think. It has an H shape burner and if you turn it WAO then it gets little Hot in that pattern but its easy to work with. If there were more than me and wife and it was stationary i would certainly get the bigger(36) one. I cook outside at least 6 days...

    huge advocate of ultrasonic cleaning. We had 2 six foot tanks we cleaned rotogravure cylinders in. The grime,grease and imbedded dried printing ink was all left on the bottom after a 20 min cycle.
